How about research on how guilty suspects will plea with their lawyers when up on first charges against first degree murder? Have you researched that? You can't, because it doesn't exist here. Put it back in and then we can have some stats.

Give me a break! I said that Capital Punishment would make the lawyers more serious about what plea their clients would enter. Cost? Believe me a two or three year drag out on this case with these two would probably cost more to the public than the appeals. Besides, even with a manslaughter...

If DM was driving TB's truck and police believe TB was murdered that night, possibly while driving, then that only leads to one conclusion. MS initiated the murder as they were driving. Maybe he didn't kill him, but he had to have disabled TB in some way, being that he wasn't driving. MO

My bet is suspect 3 is closer to MS, probably another twenty something year old buddy in Oakville. Obviously supported by a more than financially stable family who can afford a 25 year old living at home playing video games all day and partying all night. Who knows, police didn't identify how...

Sleuthing other perps in this case is a must. I'm trying to keep an open mind here, ExilRed, if DM is innocent, then all of us here and all the police involved have been mislead by a criminal mastermind. The death of TB and the grief his family and friends are now going through must be worth...

If he is innocent and has no knowledge of what's going on or who could have possibly 'framed him' and is sitting in jail because 5 police forces were wrong about him and his involvement, then should we fear that one day the same could happen to any of us? (or maybe the rich should fear this...

And I also agree with ExilRed, AM is such a close friend to DM and has nothing to do with anything. Highly unlikely.

My questions 1. Why did DM hire such a high profile criminal defense lawyer? 2. What is DM's Alibi (if any) for that night TB went missing? 3. Why is DM being silent when he could certainly help with case if he is actually innocent? A. Setup and innocent? Not saying it's impossible...

I totally agree with others sleuthing! No disrespect, Flipflop. Been reading these posts since the beginning. I'm just worried that our focus might be on the right hand, while the left hand is unknowingly doing something else.
