    Found Deceased Australia - Karen Ristevski, 47, Melbourne, Vic, 29 June 2016 - #3

Yes, I recall that Max Sica (in the Singh sibling murder case) went on ACA and drew attention to himself, when investigations were ongoing.

    Gerard Baden Clay's murder appeal

This is the crux of it, for me!!! Spot on.

Discussions about the book - The Murder of Allison Baden-Clay by David Murray

Hi Anon and everyone :) My memory tells me that the reconnection to the charger was never disputed - GBC didn't dispute that it went back on (he hardly could, could he?) but it was insinuated that someone else must have put it back on, e.g. Allison. He denied that it was HIM who reconnected it...

Australia - Warriena Wright, 26, dies in balcony fall, Surfers Paradise, Aug 2014 #1

I'm a bit late on this tragic case - but what I want to know is, does this guy even work? What does he do? Is he fully supported by his parents?

Interview(s) from TM - the mistress

While I agree with all of the sentiments here about TM and how WRONG it is that she should be profiting from GBC's crime in any way, as I've said before it does make me smile just a little bit when I think of how angry it must make him as he rots away in his cell (unless, as someone suggested...

    Post verdict discussions #2

Lol I know olli - "sleaze" was such an "in" word when I was a teenager and we were describing revolting boys who were too friendly shall we say - it is so appropriate for GBC in my opinion!

    Post verdict discussions #2

I agree re the sisterhood, but I don't believe for a second that he didn't sleaze onto her from the first moment he met her selling her house all that time ago. Maybe she didn't know whether or not he was serious about taking it further or not and that is what she meant - but he would have...

Theories about the murder of Allison

This is a great thread and all the theories are very interesting and close to the truth IMO. I just want to add something about NBC (I hope this thread is the appropriate place for this discussion). I have always thought there was some level of involvement of others after the murder and...

Interview(s) from TM - the mistress

Much as I do believe it is wrong for TM to profit in ANY way from this whole situation, I confess I do get a weird pleasure out of knowing how infuriated that GBC would be in his prison cell, knowing that she had been paid big bucks for a tell-all, when he ended up with zilch.

The aftermath of the verdict *MERGED*

I agree. One of the most haunting quotes from the evidence material is from Phil Broom's statement (I'm sure it was his) where GBC said to him "you don't know you are a baby shaker until you are caught shaking a baby".... I wonder if he will ever face what he has become.

The aftermath of the verdict *MERGED*

I completely agree with you Makara. I refuse to get worked up about the appeal - it is BS and is being done as a matter of course, but Justice Byrne is the best of the best and I will eat my proverbial hat if any appeal judges found that he erred in giving directions to the jury. With respect...
