I am a bit disturbed that Willmott is smiling after the doctor's statement that Mr. Alexander is no longer alive . . .

If that was difficult for her to hear, it's about time she felt that way. She's made it hard for the Alexander family for months (and that's just in the courtroom).

I was not fully opposed to the DP before this trial but was definitely ambivalent. I now strongly believe that Arias should receive the DP. No ambivalence.

She saw this as collaborative evidence of the pedo accusations? That seems like QUITE a stretch to me.

I hope we get to the jurors' questions today. Any guesses on what the witness' demeanor will be for those questions? Will there be a lot of "I can't answer that yes or no"?

Yesterday we learned that being in jail apparently boosts one's self esteem. Perhaps we just need to round up people with self-esteem problems and send them to jail for a day or two. Then they will feel better about themselves. Can't wait to hear what we will learn today!
