I have already called and checked. There are 2 vehicles that match the description with no plates. Neither is hers.

I was hoping that Loretta and Breanne Voiles (Breanne now found safe) were not related to the Delphi case. Thankfully Breanne is safe, but where is Loretta? Is LE assuming she ran away and aren't looking hard enough? Not sure, but I hope she goes home soon. IMO
