There is definitely a Serial Killer Operating on Highways 16 and 5. But not 1 serial Killer, possibly more. And in some instances singular events of Murder, unfortunate act's of Misadventure, and being used as a dumping ground for murders committed in other areas because of it's reputation...

Has any one else noticed that the highway has a great number of Airports close by all the missing people on the Highway?
