Crazy thing is that this is the first I am hearing of this and that he was SO CLOSE to this area! Our preschool certainly didn't know, as they had outdoor time today, and his general direction was toward all the schools in the area. Hopefully they get this 🤬🤬🤬 soon!

Just to give a clear picture, this road is not popularly used. The fact that someone was walking through the woods, along this road, really surprises me. I don't believe that whoever dumped the head thought that it would have been found. I lived in this area for the first 20 years of my life...
