Seriously? You haven't put this family through enough already, so you figured you'd add a lengthy trial? Why don't you just buy a gallon of aquarium salt and rub that in too, eh?
...sickened. <modsnip> I hope he ROTS.
My mind doesn't work very well (as many of you have seen) and I'm wrong 90% of the time, so I do no good in that regard anyway. I was right in this situation, and I said I had a feeling they were just going to drop her off somewhere (alive). But...that's a lucky guess that was built on...
I just woke up from a long nap and I am SO EXCITED now! What an awesome thing to wake up to! *bawls*
I do not care about circumstances surrounding it. Ayvani is safe and I don't care to know details so I'm not reading past my last post (sorry).
Running around the house singing OH HAPPY DAY...
Maybe they're the biggest newspaper but how is it they're the only ones apart from the Examiner who said the men were masked? And the only ones to claim that some LE guy who can't give a name made a statement even though he was told he couldn't. -_-
Why are they the biggest newspaper? Because...
The source that all the newscasts are giving for the ransom call is the Atlanta Journal-Constitution (the AJC). The AJC is also one of two media sources (the other being the notorious Examiner) that has stated the two men were masked. They are also the ones who stated that some unnamed LE...
Which phone the ransom call took place on hasn't been released (as far as I can tell).
Someone stated upthread (sorry, I don't remember who) that Clay County denied the ransom but there is no MSM article where I can find that. I think it was a live release yet to be written.
Why would LE...
Sheriff JM said that the story from CD came to them directly from CD herself upon arriving at the home after Willow was reported missing. When asked, that is the story she told them (the brekky, Princess and frog, going back to bed after seeing her, etc).
I don't find it odd at all, but I'm newbie. If someone called me claiming to have kidnapped my loved one and wanted a ransom...I would demand to speak with them for proof of life.
Ayvani's father took a flight from El Paso, TX that morning to be with the family and aid in the search for Ayvani. (just saying that before people start asking questions about why he wasn't home early in the morning, etc.)...
"Channel 2's Amy Napier Viteri spoke with people inside the Perez home Tuesday night. They said Ayvani's mother had to be taken to a nearby hospital after several fainting spells throughout the day."

ugh :(
"Sources told Channel 2's Tom Jones they have located the suspects, but were limited on what details they would release."
...it doesn't say LE told Channel 2's Tom Jones, though...it just says "sources". Maybe Tinker Bell called in and said they've located the suspects. ...jmo
FIND Ayvani...
The family dog is not alive. The dog was alive after the shooting. They took the dog to the vet, and the dog did not make it.

With regard to this being some elaborate hoax... I do...
Fox is reporting the ransom demands as being confirmed by an LE official.
