There is also a new charge added to his record for a sexual battery that he was convicted of on June 4, 2008. That was not there this morning when I was looking at his record. This kid is getting scarier by the minute. :eek:

EH was charged with 2 counts of rape, 18.2-61 of the VA code. Statutory rape is a different charge entirely, 18.2-63.

From looking at VSP SOR he was sentenced by Albemarle Co. Juvenile & Domestic Relations court. I believe he might be living with his parents or other relatives as the property value of the house he lives in is over $600k. A bit much for a 20 y.o. plumber to afford.

I'm not sure what site you're using but on the VSP SO Registry he is listed as 20 years old.
