I always wonder how often a monetary offer helps in these cases. I like to believe most people who would know anything would come forward with information early on in the investigation. Leaving only the guilty party to sit with their secret.
I can only believe there must be so much going on in the 'background' with LE that we don't know. It's just too quiet otherwise. There has to be more. As a Canadian, I get it.

Thank you for starting this thread dotr. I started following this when it was a missing person's case. At first, I thought they had started the fire, but quickly learned that their beloved dog was lost in the fire and could not possibly be.
