    I doubt they would allow the parents on an active crime scene if there was any doubt who's remains were found.

    What if WCP is his normal "dumping ground"...there was a Triathlon scheduled for Sat, the 13th that he may not have been aware of and there were probably signage etc up there and he had to go to Plan B

    I guess it is possible that the skull was just sent to the ME. Perhaps it could not be moved until now bc of the active crime scene?

    If she was located at the site the dogs indicated, perhaps that is why they waited until today to dig.

    One comment on the FB states there was a triathalon on Old Lunchburg Road on Sept 13th that had @300 participants, many who arrived prior to 7:30 opening
