There's an interesting mention in various news that there was a sect that sacrifice chicken in the weeds. I wonder if that plays a role or not. I'm sure LE, the experts have already factored that in though.

Dailymail is the only one reporting about the footage of the man and woman. Has there been any other updates since?

I'm surprised that there's only 3 tips. Karina fought for her life, was there any mentioning of residents there hearing her scream or anything? The other interesting part is that it occurred on NYPD national night out, not sure if that's a factor or not.

I really hope they catch the perp that did this. The warning that this is a community threat is frightening because there may be things that we as public don't know and are not disclosed.
