    I work and live in the area. The husband looks super familiar, people talk about a restaurant/coffee place, maybe that is it. My condolences to the friends and family. Terrible news, and I hope that the Sheriff is about to bring this to justice if needed.

    Likely by an escrow account. Some people elect to have taxes paid by escrow so they can pay by the month.

    If true, then they did make it to mexico. There are two cities that straddle the US/Mexico border. In South East California near El Centro. Calexico - On the California side of the border. Mexicali - On the Mexico side of the border.

    If I travel down Caron Street towards 39th Ave, there is a gold colored car on the street however that is a Toyota Avalon, not an Acura 3.2TL.

    Yes. The part of Puget Sound where I live, our town has yard waste recycling, my house does not. Usually the recycler turns it into compost.
