Judge has ruled that no other hospital can be found who would take a chance on him recovering if kept alive. Hospital can remove Life Support. Mother is appealing.

Yup - been on the news lots here - An interesting aside, the hospital is actually paying this womans lawyer bills because they dont want her to feel like she has no choice in the matter.
