Thank you for the observation, I didn't think about adding this argument to the hypothesis it could be a zoom from a video's phone. I also thought if this was the case and if it was from Libertys's phone just when he was going to cross their path, then maybe he was getting ready to have them...

I thought maybe a quick movement while filming (like just before you stop a video) could add to the low quality of the background.
