Headline News announced minutes ago that the defense received confirmation that anthropologically the remains prove to be Caylee's and the hair color is the same.
ITA. I can't wait for them to determine whose fingerprints are all over everything. That will seal the deal. It shouldn't take too long to get fingerprint analysis results back, right?
I don't think she'll implicate her family though and I don't think they took any part in this. I do...
Welcome!
Yeah, as far as I know, a plea would be for a lesser charge. My guess would be involuntary manslaughter as well.
I seriously doubt this will come down to a plea. I would think that prosecution wouldn't offer a plea unless KC gave up the location of the body or some other pivotal...
My thoughts exactly. If KC takes a deal, the A's will continue to search for Caylee alive and consider KC a martyr.
I would like to see KC give up the location. I would not, however, like to see their reaction if KC gives up the location of the body. I think I know what you meant when...
It seems obvious that KC sees her own coming home as something separate from Caylee coming home. She says that everyday she just thinks about wanting to be home and wanting to be back with her family way more than she makes the aside that she wants Caylee home too.
I believe KC in this...
Thanks for the response, nostone. I wasn't aware that Baez has had anything to do with the search for Caylee. I'm really thinking he hasn't. If this is the case, I'm sensing the possibility of her confessing to a lesser charge. I still think she'll get the maximum penalty for whatever charge...
So I'm wondering something...what happens if at trial KC and Baez say the explanation for everything is that Caylee died due to an accident, then KC freaked and got rid of her body. That scenario justifies a not guilty plea to murder, right? How would that situation be handled in a trial...
page 2547- Casey's high school transcripts had a code that showed she DID receive a high school diploma, though not on time. There's a handwritten note on this page that states she probably went to summer school and got her diploma.
ADHD changes EVERYTHING! Love this post. Big hugs to you. :blowkiss:
My son is 8 and it took me years to finally agree with the diagnosis and allow him to be medicated. He's happier (and so are his teachers) on medication and he even apologizes for those times when he was "bad" (his word...
Benadryl= common. It's hard for me not to be at least a little understanding of this practice as my own child takes medication for ADHD that are a godsend.
On the other hand...
Chloroform and Xanax= not common and ridiculous.
YES ITA!! I don't know what that crazy story is but I bet it's what JB means when he says the truth will come out and all that. This truth is whatever new lie KC fed him. I'm at a loss in regards to a logical scenario that would involve KC knowing where the body is but not having had anything...
