I just watched the arraignment. The prosecutor clearly states the baby is dead due to CB and BB's premeditated actions.

Charles Vallow and Joseph Ryan both looked to be in pretty great physical shape from the photos I've seen. I guess Chad wasn't quite up to par so she's been playing personal trainer while the whole country worries about her damn kids. -_-

This echoes my own thoughts on her behavior. Chad and Lori are desperate to see themselves as something more special than they really are, and they are feeding each other's delusions in a reckless and dangerous way.

I have all the same problems. The bat was next to CV, but the gun was in an entirely different room? I suppose it's POSSIBLE CV fell in that position, but it absolutely looks posed. If he was moved or rearranged, where are the blood smears? How is there no pool of blood around CV's body? Surely...
