Half way through part two so far. I'm glad that Spota and Burke's names are still a part of this. It's clear how corrupt LE was (and still is) out on LI.

Is there a possibility the bullet fell into his or one of the girls clothes, pocket/shoe/elsewhere, and then fallen out onto the ground on the other side of the creek?
I agree but some people completely dismiss circumstantial evidence. It's a feature of every single discussion about the Idaho case. I'd like to believe the court of public opinion isn't as important as the justice system but I bet RA and his family would argue otherwise.

This is the problem. None of us are watching the actual trial. We are just getting reports from reporters or youtubers who all have their own biases. It's really fascinating how different the opinions are depending on how and from whom you're consuming the info.
Ok got ya, thanks. Frustrating to say the least but necessary since wrongful convictions unfortunately do happen.
Can I change my wording to: I just want a direct link between RA and the girls - DNA would be nice. Something that the jury (and the general public) are going to have a real...
I'm saying I would prefer there is direct DNA evidence. Example: seminal fluid WITH DNA or blood of the perp to be on the bodies of the victims. Direct DNA evidence.
Lots of circumstantial evidence here (and thats not a bad thing) but I really really wish there was something direct like DNA. Timeline seems pretty solid and I do believe there is merit in bullet science but many see it as junk. I really want the right person to be held accountable for this and...
I completely agree. I'm really just trying to figure out if RA (who I do believe is BG) hid himself and where AND in regards to Libby's photo of Abby on the bridge. Can't wait to hear what defense has to say.
Devils advocate here: If RA is not BG, it's possible RA would not have seen BG who could have been concealed off the side of the bridge on either end. I wouldn't think BG would revel himself to someone who was not an intended target and not until the coast was clear.
