Yes, I do recall hearing that. There were other implications to it being a military person/LE involved and a strong possibility of more than one person. Bill Thomas was on here last night, his sister was one of the victims. He will know the similarities. I'm not a sleuther of any other crimes...

I suggested a possible Navy connection earlier tonight on the previous thread. My reasoning was, he suddenly starts popping up in the Virginia Judicial System with a Norfolk address (Norfolk Naval Base?)in his late 20's and has not stopped showing up since. No record of him in Virginia system...

Just speculating here... His charge in 1993 in Virginia Beach lists his address (City) as Norfolk Va. Could he possibly have been in the Navy or other military branch? Norfolk has a very high military population. Might explain why we're not finding any charges in this area previous to this date.

Long time WS reader but just registered today. While following this case I can't help but think of The Colonial Parkway murders/disappearances from 1986-1989. (8) murders/missing, long speculated that the predator was posing as LE. These crimes were committed in Yorktown/Williamsburg...
