So sorry. Try the one below. I checked your link and it's the same flow chart that you found on FB. Thanks.

The DeWitt Law Firm in Orlando put together an excellent graphic of the possible verdicts including First Degree Murder (Death or Life), Second Degree Murder (Maximum 30 yrs.), Manslaughter (Maximum 15 yrs.) and Not Guilty. As well as the lesser included charges of Aggravated Manslaughter of a...
They permit their lawyer to give an interview saying that don't believe Casey is innocent. They give testimony during the prosecution's case in chief saying that Casey lied to them. And then Cindy comes back to the stand during the defense's case in chief and says what?!!!! If she comes back to...
:waitasec::waitasec::waitasec: You're absolutely right. "All VERY strange." especially after her lawyer declared Casey "not innocent" just yesterday. As someone said on TV this case reminds one of the movie "The Usual Suspects." Casey is a deadringer for Verbal, played by Kevin Spacey.
IMHO, Lippman on behalf of his clients went public with this because of the defense's relentless attacks on George linking him to a convicted kidnapper, pillow talk with an alleged mistress, sexual molestation and moving the body. Baez has never elaborated on what George supposedly did with the...
If the defendant does not take a plea and/or the judge does not declare a mistrial, all criminal trials end in guilty or not guilty. Not guilty does not mean that the defendant did not do the crime. Not guilty means the state did not prove its case.
The Innocents Projects in many states have...
No, she is not a skilled liar. If she had been, this case would have been more of a murder mystery. After Casey took the police to the apartment of the imaginary nanny and to her imaginary office at Universal. The police had solved this case. She was arrested days after her mom called 911. If...
I posted this originally on the accident or intentional merged thread. So I'll repost it here to this thread dedicated to Lipman's disclosure.

Last night, Jane Velez-Mitchell did a drive in real time from the Anthony home to the dump site. A camera was mounted inside the car. You drive from 4937 Hopespring Dr. to the end of the block, make a right onto Suburban Drive, go a very short distance and you're there. The drive took one minute...
Last night, Mark Lippman, the attorney for George and Cindy Anthony, told Gary Tuchman on CNN's AC 360, that George and Cindy do not believe that Casey is innocent. However, they still love her and if she is convicted, they do not want her to get the death penalty.
I think most of us would...
Diane Diamond's interview with Tracy Conroy is fascinating. She was an associate of Padilla's firm who lived with the Anthony's while Casey was out on bail.

I agree this witness "was totally off the wall". IMHO, a well prepared expert witness would have known whether there were coyotes in Florida. Baez is way over his head.
