    Augusta was 1 of 12, and many of them did live in LaCrosse while the Geins were there. In fact at least one brother partnered with George in running a grocery/butcher store for a few years. I would have to check my notes, but I believe Augusta's siblings were all out of LaCrosse by the 1940s...
