UNSOLVED CA - Santa Barbara Co, Decomposed body found at beach, Jul'18
I believe this could be Brian Fernandez, he was my sisters boyfriend. They both flew off a cliff (Ragged Point on December 23,2016) off of PCH and my sisters body was located January 3rd, 2017.
