As far as I know, the PRC has a fixed and official system for translating Chinese/Mandarin words into English. The government does not allow names to be translated from dialect pronunciations. From my experience with Southern Chinese ... I am pretty sure the missing couple are not of that...

I hope everyone living in Sydney now realises that the escalating gangland wars, do impact them as collateral damage. It's not just between those criminals. It's time to take them seriously, and put a stop to them.
