By scam, I believe that this is a sketch of no one that anyone saw. I think it's bogus, meant to make it look like LE has something, I don't think they have anything.

On the sketch, why don't they list hair color, possible height, possible weight, maybe eye color. This is a scam, plain and simple. In the least, if this was legit, hair color would be listed.
