Hi there, Just passing through with a few thoughts. 1) This sounds eerily similar to the case of Adrien McNaughton. He vanished into thin air in Holmes lake (about 4.5 hours away) in June 1972. They drained lakes and brought dogs to sniff around, too. I can't help but wonder if there is a link...
