GUILTY CA - Todd Chance, 45, murdered, Bakersfield, 25 Aug 2013 *wife arrested*
I still say she did NOT do it. Todd Chance was going to the Kern Co. Gun Show at the K.C. Fairgrounds. If she was guilty, why did she submit blood, hair, & fingerprints?
