Was the "little old lady" ever identified? Could the "little old lady" have been an adult or teen dressed as a "little old lady"? (A 5-yo might not be able to distinguish between an old lady and a person (adult or teen) dressed as an old lady.) If I recall, there was a carnival or festival in...

WA WA - Richard 'Cody' Haynes, 11, Kittitas, 12 Sept 2004

I had hoped Cody would be located but after reading Duncan's blogg, I think Cody fell victim to a perp if not to Duncan. If Duncan tells all now unconditionally, he gets a death sentence ... but if he uses what he knows as a bargaining chip, he'll likely avoid the DP but get life w/o parole...

WA WA - Richard 'Cody' Haynes, 11, Kittitas, 12 Sept 2004

What I had heard was Cody had been disciplined and sent to his room; the family then left and when they arrived home, Cody was gone. There was also mention that Cody said he was going to live with his mother who lived in a south-eastern state. Just a hunch but I do think Cody fell victim to...

There appear to be about 47-48 offenders within the 84102 zip code alone. There appear to be five with reported residences living along S 500 E (or E 500 S) alone. I hope she is found soon...

I'm thinking she hung around the middle school all day; and maybe a perp spotted her.

I live 15-miles west of Portland Oregon and saw the news report last night. LE found the bike the girl was supposedly riding but it had been there for hours before the abduction was reported. But no one can place a girl on the bike - except one eye-witness that LE has huge questions about her...

I heard Adreanna's skeletal remains were found but not a word about her clothes or back-pack. Matter, a family-friend attended the community meeting and police were not saying much about what was found beyond Adreanna's skeletal remains. IMO, I think Adreanna was with other children who she...

    WA WA - Adre'anna Jackson, 10, Lakewood, 2 Dec 2005

No one apparently covered any tracks or made any effort to hide the body according to LE. Had LE conducted a grid search last December, Adreanna's body would have been discovered. I disagree - IMO, from my personal experience, children do hold water, especially teens. And they hold water very...

    VA VA - Michael, 50, Mary, 36, & Jennifer Short, 9, Bassett, 15 Aug 2002

Remember, Duncan took the Groene children to a secluded location far off the highway. IMO, with a GPS, Duncan could have returned to the exact location. Just a thought... Was Jennifer's estimated date of death ever released by LE or Medical Examiner? I heard that is was likely shortly-after...

    WA WA - Adre'anna Jackson, 10, Lakewood, 2 Dec 2005

I am upset hearing this sad news ... And even more upset the reports of Adreanna being seen at the middle school were so quickly discounted. I believed LE did themselves and the community and Adreanna a huge disservice by discounting the reports as they did. My idea here (IMO) is that some...

Talking about school closings ... at one elementary school in our area in Oregon yesterday, our son was told his school was closed as he went to board the school bus. There was no other announcement that we had heard. Power had been knocked out at the school (high winds) and would not be...

I agree - he had to have taken her to a home. IMO, I think the step-father may have taken Adreanna to someone's home or to a sheltered area. OR he passed her off to another perp who took her to their home. It is so very sad.

I heard the step-father walked her half way to the school that morning... and I agree that it does sound a little fishy. I also heard search dogs led handlers (and LE) to the pond / lake near by.

I would think the child's mother and father (both) would be begging to be on the news to plead for the return of her daughter. Yet, we hear very little today. IMO, the media acts in peculiar ways with respect to a missing child. And YES - someone needs to speak up for the child.
