I am kinda starting to think that the duct tape that was on Caylee was originally on the gas can. George is saying that wasn't the duct tape he put on the can. I think the can came back with different tape than it left with. ICA may have used the tape on the cans and then replaced it.
why does AF call it victim impact "evidence"? It can't be used, why not just call it victim impact statements. It could be very confusing hearing the word evidence and then being told you cant use it.
I mostly just lurk around here (very impressive group of sleuthers!)
After watching the In Session interview, I had to post.
JB says that he is going to explain the 31 days in the first minute of his opening statement. Now I have sat here and racked my brain as to what exactly he could say...
Sorry if this has been mentioned, but in Caseys affidavit it is dated from December 10, 2008. A day before Caylee was found.
Seemed strange to me

If Casey originally said that the nanny took Caylee and i believe she said she left her with someone she trusted. Now, if they plan on changing their story to something else, even as little as saying she was frightened, wouldn't she have to take the stand to incorporate this information into...
I find it very strange that Cindy can say that Casey was scared for all their lives, yet none of them are screaming from the rooftops to protect the children of Orlando as they believe there is a crazy person kidnapping and killing children. What a joke they are.
