    Cindy also reported that they believe it was some neighbor kids that came into the yard and were responsible for moving the pool ladder. She said they were concerned about strangers in the pool and that was another reason the ladder was off. But like you point out - it's back!

    Not sure if this has been mentioned but I find it interesting that the killer's letter is dated June 17 saying he watched the police as they investigated. However her body wasn't found for another 4 days so how could he have watched? Of course he could have just added that later since...

    That's kind of my point too - why Abood? His family's name is well known in Lansing and he has been involved in a couple of locally high profile cases, but IMO he only wanted to get his name in the paper. I checked the docket for the MI court of appeals and he does have a number of cases open...
