It's funny how different people can look at the video and see completely different things. I've always had the exact opposite impression. It seems to be very unnatural for killer to be using hammer with left hand. That has always been one of the strangest things about the video to me.
My point is there is a big difference between "consistent with the tool(s) found near her body" and "consistent with tools the suspect was carrying throughout the building"
I'm not sure where people got the "found near her body" notion. If there is a source or link I would appreciate it!
" The warrant issued late in the afternoon of April 19 and obtained May 3, states that Bevers "had multiple puncture wounds found on her head and chest" that "are consistent with tools the suspect was carrying throughout the building." "
I agree. I lean towards this being an interrupted burglary but I would not be fall-on-the-floor shocked if this turned out to be a targeted murder.
Regardless of what the truth turns out to be there are large aspects of the killer's behavior that make no sense. If it was a targeted murder why...
If he had been driving through the parking lot frequently and hadn’t been reported he wouldn't know anything. I doubt very much if the video would have been regularly viewed if there was no sign of a crime having been committed. Even if someone had nothing better to do than review the...

Also, has there been any info made public regarding the earliest time...
The most bizarre thing about his trying to open the door with the hammer and pry bar is that he is holding the hammer in his left hand and the pry bar in his right. In other parts of the video it looks like he is right handed yet in that one part he is using the tools, badly, as though he is...
