I had hyperemesis when pregnant. It meant I vomited up to 20 times a day. You can vomit up water, coffee juice etc but in my personal experience you can vomit up a significant amount of bile on a completely empty stomach
Is it normal for someone to hand write their own statement? In Ireland I've made a few statements to police (Gardaí) and on each occasion the officer wrote the statement and I signed it at the end
Edit: statements were as victim of crime like when my car was stolen
Perhaps TM or SM should have called 911. Perhaps TM shouldn't have beaten JC to death and beyond. If he didn't do it then he shouldn't have admitted to doing it.

I wonder do they get them to read during the trial and then they are taken away? I assume they wouldn't have anywhere to keep them during the trial as they are going home each evening.

"[Malice] feels like 'I hate him and I want those kids'" Martin exclaimed as he banged the brick against a table."
Powerful closing you could almost hear the brick without being in...
If she hit him with the paver before TM came in then JC could have been defending himself against MM. However that would ruin her self defence argument as MM was the aggressor and not JC
This is my opinion of course
The journal.ie are saying MM got away when JC grabbed the bat.
