Looks like they finally identified the DNA for the previously unknown "3rd suspect" in these murders:
Rusk County officials reveal 3rd suspect in Kilgore KFC murder of 5
"The lead prosecutor on the case Lisa Tanner identified the third suspect as Devan Riggs on Friday afternoon. Riggs was born...
From the article:
"Thirty-two years later, just before they were murdered, Honey convinced Barry to sell Old Colony and build a $30 million mansion in Forest Hill, where Barry was born and where their daughter Alexandra and her family lived, as did Honey’s sister Mary. Barry, who had a streak...
At the very end of the Billionaire Murders Podcast, Season 2 Episode 9 (Succession), KD presents this hypothetical:
"What if the killers are people with some connection to one or all of the four children, and they saw an opportunity to help themselves financially in the hope that if money...
Per the original Killing Fields TV show, Iberville Parish Sheriff's Office had a partial DNA sample and Derrick Todd Lee was definitely excluded. (Eugenie's ex-husband could not be excluded, but important to note that they did not have a full profile so they could not make an exact match.)

After this news broke yesterday, I went back to my copy of "Who Killed These Girls?" by Beverly Lowry (which is very detailed) because I was pretty sure there was a compelling reason why people were so sure there were two perpetrators. Besides the fact that there were 2 male customers left as...
This case already looks horrific and we don't even know most of the details yet. Thank you Clearsky for starting this thread!
I just found out about this from a Youtube video from Law & Crime:
Ugh. I don't know what to say about that. Peacock is a paid streaming service and it should be on there, but I don't know about differences between different countries. The Youtube video is the 'free' alternative for those in the U.S.
Some of it has already been discussed in news articles about...
