I feel like these arguments using statistics are a little off. If one is going to argue that it was statisticly unlikely that he jumped on purpose, how can you argue it's more likely sleepwalking? That's so rare I bet there aren't even stats on that. IMO it's suicide - far more likely than...
How is linking to a random article online evidence? IMOO all we know is he's dead and his Mother (we know nothing about ) says she thinks it was sleepwalking and he fell. Citing numerous stories of sleepwalkers is no more credible than linking to numerous articles on suicide.
Before she...
When I look at the features of the roof top it looks to me like there is a ledge beyond the rail - which looks sufficiently high, and the black wall is very high. Difficult to tell height from Ariel view but I think it would take some effort to fall off. I can't imagine if you had a sleep...
Since none of us Actually know Chris it isn't useful to make assumptions about his emotional state or how he may or may not have hid his emotions or what his life was like behind closed doors. It's not news that some of the funniest and outwardly engaging people are also those that live a...
Then why not say/confirm it was not suicide? Its far more " suspicious" to not address it. And the family and friends should feel no shame or guilt. He may have hidden things very well. Also I understand suicudal people can be very much at peace just before the act as they have come to...
I would need to hear from someone who was directly involved that it was sleepwalking to believe that. Why wouldn't the statement today confirm that. It's because it was a suicide. However since it's really none of my business I can't expect to hear confirmation. I suspect at some point...
Maybe someone credible could come out say it's sleepwalking. If that's the case why would police not say,why would someone whom was actually present not "clear his name"? His mother lives in another province, why isn't anyone clearing up the speculation by backing her up. I know no one...
I have no idea in that case. My point was how rarely sleepwalking results in someone's death, and if it does it's big news. Not just "news" from a Mother's comment.
Occasionally people sleep walk outside and freeze to death. Once someone killed someone. This is so rare that it would be newsworthy. And since it's not, I don't believe it.
It's suicide, that's why nothing has been released. Any other cause we would hear about. The family may wish to deny that's what happened. That's not uncommon. The police have observed something conclusive that it's suicide. There's no awaiting autopsy results, no request for witnesses...
I have trouble believing that police would accept a sleepwalking story that quickly. If that were true it would be pretty big news that someone actually DIED sleepwalking. That sounds more suspicious than saying he accidently fell. I imagine it's really an awful situation with the family...
Very true - if it were natural causes we would have heard " awaiting results from autopsy". I don't believe the sleepwalking story, it's not something police could confirm without a longer investigation. It's likely a story born out of a Mother's extreme grief and seeking answers...
Agree that you cannot assume the body covered with tarp was in the same position it was found in. Also possible to jump backwards off a building. I saw that in the very sad documentary " the bridge". Anyway, the lack of blood is curious.
But most telling is the lack of any police updates...
He ran away after the stab bongs, which would show some consciousness of guilt. Why not stay and keep stabbing people ? His parents have such a tough road ahead. They will have to live with not being able to intervene in time or not acting on their instincts soon enough. Tragedy all around...
