This is the outcome most of us feared but expected, still extremely sad nonetheless.
At least the sisters family have closure now, thoughts with them all on this very sad day.
In the video clip where the two aircraft collide, you can clearly see another aircraft flying not far above. I wonder if the Blackhawk pilot got confused as to which aircraft the air traffic control was referring to?
Have they not already searched the harbour? If they entered the river on 7 January, that is now 10 days ago.
How far down the river are they likely to be after 10 days?

Eliza and Henrietta Huszti were last seen walking across Victoria Bridge in Aberdeen in the early hours of 7 January. (Photograph: Katherine Anne Rose/The Observer)...
I think the message they sent to their landlady is the clincher really, sending it just as they were entering the river path.
Speaking to their mom on the Saturday, taking leave from work on Monday, checking out the path on the Monday afternoon, then messaging the landlady to say they won't be...
Now we have this new information, its all sadly fitting into place.
Eliza finished work at 1PM on the Monday, then together with Henrietta an hour or so later they are checking out the river path near the bridge.
2.12AM is the time they were last seen on CCTV entering the river path.
To be honest, do people even care about whether they are spotted on CCTV or not? I don't reckon many people even think about it anymore, its almost become incidental these days.
JMO!
We know that the police have checked CCTV from around the area in the hours (i presume) after the sisters went missing, haven't seen anything that they consider suspicious so believe that they have ended up in the river.
As for getting into a vehicle, i've always thought that if this did...
I can't take credit for finding it, i was replying to a post from @Kaypetta!
It would be good to know if Henrietta had booked leave from Costa Coffee as well.

Eliza worked at the Holiday Inn...
That's the crux of the matter though isn't it - if it's not a case of self-harm then why where they in that particular area in the early hours of the morning?
So Eliza went off on leave from work the day before they disappeared? This, together with telling their landlord they wanted to leave their tenancy, indicates to me that the sisters had something planned for sure.
I believe after the CCTV that shows the sisters walking down to the river path, the next CCTV is at the boathouse.
If they did cut through the industrial area they would come out on the South Esplanade West road. Is there CCTV on that particular road? If so, it would surely have picked up a...
