The thing is if LE believe family and/or locals are involved they may not know who the kids are safe with...as with anyone there is no way to know everyone they associate with..until they know those children can be safe they are better off in state care

I completely agree...someone knows who did this...I can understand fear of this person (persons) but how do they know they won't be next?

I wonder if anyone who knows anything is also afraid if they come forward they become suspects .

I think you misunderstand my use of bystander....she was an extra person...the rest are blood family who have known each other forever..her being part of the family came later....the rest seem rough around the edges for lack of a better word...she has been described as sweet...pictures show her...
