Yes, the evidence was only not allowed (text messages from AW phone) due to what seems to be a technicality, as was stated in this thread. You can go back and catch up. Nothing at all to do with the toy phone.

I am not sure if it's ok to post this but it seems pretty credible and important. Did anyone see the post by one of the admins on the FB page where she described what she personally saw as she sat in the courtroom? Supposedly the prosecutor tried to present hundreds of text messages as evidence...

Also....more speculation but...could a cell phone ping be the "tip" that led them to search the septic tank? And if that's the case, could LE be justified in lying about it because it could hurt the investigation? I don't know...just a thought.

Yes, you are right. I grew up in a house like that. I do think drugs were intentionally given to Noah and his sister. Probably to make them sleep. I just don't understand WHY. My parents never bothered to try and put me to sleep. What was so important...what were they doing that they felt...

Thank you ladies :) And I also believe we probably won't hear anything more until additional charges are filed. I feel certain that a murder case is being constructed and we won't hear a cause of death or any more info until LE is ready to tell us. What I don't know is...are they waiting till...
