Yes same situation here. Partner of a police officer has said that an arrest will be made by the end of next week. I'll believe it when I see it :)

Even if they didn't have a huge portfolio of properties for sale they may have a large rent roll which I assume would bring in some $$$$$$$$$$ so maybe basing theories on how many houses are listed becomes irrelevant. So next question is how do yo:waiting:u find out how big the rent roll was...
