But didn't LE state that they believe she was abducted in areas among St. Landry, St. Mary and Colisieum Road? IMO, she could have been taken any where on St. Landry Extension and Colisieum Road without anyone seeing or hearing anything. In fact, he could have taken his sweet time right there...

I would think it's just a technicality due to jurisdiction. The probably wanted to put the device on the truck while it was parked in Venice.

I think that's exactly what they were doing. I recall reading an article that gave me the impression that they were watching him and had to hurry up and arrest him sooner than they wanted to because things were leaking out. I don't have a link so I could be wrong.

I wondered that too because the trash pickup day is Monday for the Saint Streets. Maybe that's how nothing was left behind...plus it rained Monday.

All bars close at 2am here including the one on Johnston Street, the Krooked Nickel, which she would pass if she did travel the presumed path that BW gave. Johnston Street, Congress and even St. Landry and St. Mary to some extent, would normally be pretty busy at this hour. That what makes this...

I don't think I'll ever watch that again. It hurt my heart.

It could not have happened right there.
