Initially they said near her truck but no exact location. Watching the Crime Watch Daily one of the officers said it was found "here" to the interviewer, they were on the levee.

<modsnip> I believe the Truck was found late Monday April 3rd by LE this was based off a call they received. Previously workers had seen the truck but had not had much thought until the reports came out about her disappearance...

I was watching CrimeDaily with Chris Hansen yesterday. They were talking about where her phone was found. The officer indicated that they found the phone on the levee. Seems like an odd place to find it. I'm not sure if anybody had posted links to those videos. Sent from my HTC One M9 using...

Several articles mentioned that LE pinged her phone with the help of Sprint. So my guess that it was still on and in the Yuba City area.

Yes I agree, they wouldn't have known there was cameras there at the end of Cooley Rd.

Someone on the Facebook post of the video also mentioned that they saw a puff of smoke, like if someone in the truck was smoking and let out a puff. I haven't went back and seen it again, very eerie.

That area is low. During the Dam situation and mass outflow of water in February/March the Rec Area was flooded and waters reached near the levee. I can't find any pictures but everyone was posting about it since a lot of parks near the river were destroyed.
