From the photo her hair could be seen as quite stylish to other "emo" compared to the mug-shot, i only say this as i happen to know alot of young people into that scene.

I know quite alot of people who are cutters (I guess you could say they were all "alternative" aswell ) and they tend to cut other places aswell as the arms, the thighs seem to be a major place for them.
