Tate Funeral home in Toledo, Ohio, has had its license withdrawn after a client complaint led to the discovery of 11 unburied bodies in various stages of decomposition in the home.

...many were reportedly covered with mold and decomposing. One was reportedly infested with insects and investigators say they discovered a premature infant submersed in embalming fluid.

The Ohio Board of Embalmers recommended owner Robert Tate be charged with two violations of holding a dead body without refrigeration or embalming, as well as unprofessional or immoral conduct.
