Found this story from the Seattle Star March 31, 1925 p.9
A witness saw on a dock in Seattle Elliott bay , A young girl 5 foot 9 wearing a bright red hat and a dark overcoat..he later heard a loud splash..and bubbles coming to the surface....but no one surfaced.
