As @PavenSherlock (twitter) we submitted (partial of actual document) various F.B.I. Field Offices, on linkedin, Twitter and several news agencies. Unfortunately and with a heavy heart, the only thing and most probable was government experiments by H.E.W. amongst others. What started out as a search for the truth has unveiled what every single country gas done. It is time for closure, to put story in the past and move on as a society. We must remember science and some good came out of these experiments.
We recommend for United States that F.B.I., OIG and a civilian position be named to investigate these and any future abuses my govt agencies.
