Strange the police are with holding basic information on a more than decades old case here is what Boone and Hoitt look like per 2019 Google

Ciera Law lost her mother, Jennifer Law, at 10 years old. Jennifer was found in an alley strangled and burned in 2007. Ciera said being so young, it's difficult to remember much about her mother. But she remembers some and more than her youngest sister got to experience.

"Her hair, her smile. She was always happy around us. She just loved being with her girls and spending time with us. She was just always a ray of sunshine around us," Law said.

*In a 2020 video shared by Knoxville Police, Ciera Law, the victim’s daughter, explained that their family had just been at the fair the night before their murder. She said her mother mainly went by Leeann, and her father was the one to tell her about her mother’s death
