No link yet, but I didn't know where else to put this, wanted to make all locals aware - WESH just ran a spot for their 11 PM newscast tonite called "Cashing in on Casey", who's making money off the case.

Hopefully they will have NEW info, not old.

State Files Response Challenging Casey Defense Team

Prosecutors are challenging the defense team in the case against Casey Anthony. The prosecution filed a response to a defense motion Tuesday asking Casey's attorney, Jose Baez, and his team to prove the state kept defense experts from having adequate access to the site where Caylee's remains were found.

The defense wants the case dismissed because of issues with the crime scene.
