It was stressful listening to Joy and wondering why bother having her on the show. The stress level hit the roof when Pat Brown wouldn't let Dr. Glass talk.

Yes, it was a stressful show. Very upsetting when everyone talks at once.

it was said that caylee would have been skeletonized after two weeks.....that would have been two weeks before this case hit the news.....i dont think anyone was having a picnic out there at that time.....

I'm not claiming to be a Forensic Expert here, but I'm having a problem with the comment of a human body being skeletonized after only two weeks. I just don't agree with this comment. Haven't seen a human body two weeks after death but I have seen many decaying animals and two weeks later there is still the smell of decay and the body tissues are still present. I threw a dead possum over the back fence about five weeks ago and opened the back gate today to repair a fence panel and believe me, the body was not completely skeletonized.

Levi.....great job. I think you discredited Joy's information even more than she has done on her own. I could tell you were holding back in the face of absurdity but you handled her well. Any more confrontational she would have likely hung up. You were able to draw her in.........and disarm her beautifully.

I hate that everyone talked at once but I know conference call is hard with a delay. Michelle Bart seemed a bit unhappy to be holding for so long.....I guess she had something to share?

Why did Levi bother having Joy on his show? How could Joy have "smelled a terrible odor" in the area in November??? Wouldn't the odor have been gone by then? Especially since the water had gone down. No one else mentioned "an odor" when the remains were found.

I really enjoyed the show. I especially like Pat Brown whose thoughts mirror my own. Joy had really nothing new to say from her depositions, except the bit about the "worst smell I had ever smelled", the same language George used in a LE interview. Hmm. Joy said she smelled this smell in October/November not realizing that there would be no smell at all so long after death. Dr. Glass seems to believe River's account of her affair with George and the money that she gave to him.

I have a feeling Ms. Wray has been beseiging Levi with requests to get her story out on her show.

Levi treated her with respect, and asked some good questions, then shut her down. THEN, he let the panel make the comments. Good move.

I just wonder if Joy will now be bombarding him with complaints.

It was very decent of Levi not to set the panel on Joy. I guess he realized that she would not be able to withstand their comments and she would immediately be tripped up. I cannot for a minute see her on the witness stand.

JW is clearly a person with significant, special needs... in my experience such folks reveal themselves without assistance or prompts, as in this instance. IMO Levi handled her respectfully and let her express herself so that the listeners could form their own opinions.

As for how that affects the defense's use of JW, only time will tell. But I do believe that anyone the defense "uses" whether it's JW or RG or RK or whoever, will discover that there are new and more horrible definitions of "use" than they ever imagined might exist...

Everyone is very brave to become at all involved with a person who thinks she is involved with Bush and the secret service. That would scare the heck out of me. I didn't listen, but always enjoy what Pat Brown and Levi have to say. Pat is so sensible and factual with what she says.

in my mind, they wouldn't need to be brave, to take her on.

...........according to joy-----when asked if SHE is a spy ? a PI? , she laughs and says, no---------------but, she says, her husband IS in training to be a P.I.

..she also told LEin her statement that she was fearful of being followed, watched etc------yet, took her children! with her on a field trip to the remains site, WHILE fearful etc etc...

..i'm quite shocked that the florida child services hasn't been to her home --------they came by to speak to kc ( without a child present) you'd think they would stop by to see this woman with 3 children accounted for, and check up things.
