Weight gain could be due to snacks but I have also read when people go off of heavy drugs, they gain some weight. He does look healthier.

I agree he looks much healthier weigh wise and complexion wise.

When I first saw those pictures I thought he had a sort of calculating or determined look on his face, like his wheels were already spinning with the info he received.

yeah Ron does seem to be a thinker type person.....

Crystals side of the family act rather odd it is like she knows nothing important about her own children? just odd for a mother to me... I was a single mom and I knew all the details about my kids school, activities, even what they had for lunch.... just sayin

BTW, I don't think it is that unusual for the family to say they are still hoping Haleigh is alive and yet know she isn't. That's how Jennifer Wix's mom thinks too. She knows she's not alive, but she has this hope/wish and desire for a miracle that she is alive, even after 6 years.

He looked a little shell shocked to me but with a lot of anger just below the surface. Like he could easily explode at any moment and was really trying to keep it under control. JMO

that's the way he looked to me also..his mind is finally clear..all drugs out of his system..I am sure he is very sick to his stomach of all the bad decisions he has made..maybe even grown up a little..Still would be nice if they would let him out..he could sort em all out for us..

ITA! I have thought from the very beginning thay Ron was very suspicious of Misty and all her stories/information and also lack there of. I feel that he stood by her backed her up as to not alienate the last person to have been with his Haleigh. Keep your friends close, keep your enemies closer! I believe that this holds true for TN and GMS as well.

In my heart of hearts I truly do not believe that Ron had anything to do with Haleigh's disappearance/murder. I do however think that his activities/lifestyle may have been what led to this tragedy which he will have much time to ponder and will have to live with for the rest of his life! I remember the video of Ron with his mom and Crystal at one point at the very beginning and he was absolutely wracked with emotion and broke down sobbing. It made the hairs on my neck stand on end and was very, very real.
