I think that all of the contradictions she keeps spewing out on the morning shows will be used in trial and if LDB can make mincemeat of her testimony, shouldn't be hard to do, she'll sink KC like putting a huge rock around her neck and tossing her into the river. That might be enough for them if KC is convicted.

I don't have any clue what the SA is thinking. I was only sharing my interpretation of what Conway said during the interview.

Sorry didn't mean to appear to be riding you - but to me he was saying what HE thinks the SA may do - he doesn't know - or at least I very strongly doubt they (the SA ) have indicated to Brad they were about to charge them.

I think Brad was initially so horrified by their behavior - he was concerned they might get charged. But he does like to bend things to suit the moment - a la duct tape.

According to Inmate Anthony when she wrote to Inmate Adams on April 1, 2009 - BC already filed a Bar complaint against JB regarding the defense funding (I suspect when Cindy was angry that JB was making money off Caylee photos, and only CINDY is allowed to do that!).

So, why is BC balking at filing another Bar complaint now?

I take what casey anthony says with a grain of salt.

If any of the other Anthonys were to face charges, IMO it wouldn't happen until after the trial. Neither the state nor feds would want to give them reason to invoke the 5th in order to avoid testifying at Casey's trial, which of course is the top consideration.
