Talking about defense putting out to the media 150 TES serachers discovered and today in court the actual number is 6 - 10 witnesses.

Now talking about the court of public opinion vs. the court of law. JB has been on the news constantly in Florida, not the prosecution.

Caylee coverage is over.

Yep, sounds like that's it for Caylee tonight. I don't think her name was mentioned one time . . . I hope I just missed it.

The thanks button wasn't enough...Thank you all for the recap! I had hoped he would get more in depth with the massive "FISHING/LYING/CONNIVING" expedition with the TES searchers, as with what has been posted on the TES thread...Maybe later???

Levi mentioned that it was the casey anthony case at the beginning BUT referred to the case subsequently as the CAYLEE ANTHONY case, can only assume that the comment within the chatroom caught his attention!

Not sure about his assessment of her appearing "medicated" 'cause when I observed the tapes, she sure didn't! But wow, she was excited about something during the sidebar!

Anyone know why BP gave the defense until the end of March to provide the names of these 6-10 TES searchers?

I believe Baez has until the end of December to reveal the names, then the SAO has until the end of March to depose them.

But I've been wrong before.

Thanks Nums. That makes more sense. I guess neither side expects these TES folks to provide much information if the deadline is that close to trial then.
NIce they'll be hassled by PI's during the holidays isn't it?

She was watching Baez' intern being sworn in by Judge Perry.
