Caller: Why isn't Casey shackled like every other murderer?
EO: Presumption of innocence, jury can't see defendant in shackles, jail clothes; not a flight risk inside courtroom, where's she going to go?
The end.
I understand not being shackled, but she is getting away with making faces, shaking her head...generally acting. She never acted like this till jury was there. I resent her being allowed to talk to attorneys like she is one, change chairs , look at and touch computers, files, JB and CM. It generally makes her look not guilty because they let her "hang out" before escorting her out of the room. And why does she get bottled water? Never saw that before either. Sorry if O/T, it just frustrated me!
