I think the outcome of the OJ case made citizens who are potential jurors sit up and take notice that justice was not served in the murders of Nicole Brown-Simpson and Ron Goldman. Jurors are not likely to allow that to happen again in high-profile case. jmo
It happens all the time, as well as innocent people being convicted. Jurors are not supposed to go into a case with preformed opinions based on other cases.... but they do.
